Important Notes

• Price does not include lunch, tips & personal expenses.
• For accommodation in a single room, USD $650 will be charged extra.
• Limited number of seats are available on Delta Airlines at special rate of $ 1025 per person.
• To reserve your seat on this direct flight, please submit a check of $1025 and a copy of your passport as soon as possible. In addition, $1075 should be paid as shown below.
• In case the flight is fully booked, Pay only $ 1075 as shown below, and book your own flight and transfer between the airport and the hotel in Tel Aviv at your convenience and own expense. (Arrivals at 5:30 pm or earlier can join the group at Tel Aviv Airport. Arrivals later than 5:30 pm may use the Shuttle to the hotel. Cost of the shuttle is extra as explained. )

  • B- USD $300 by Sunday, March 13th, 2016.
  • C- USD $475 by Sunday, April 17th, 2016.
    • Cancellation: Members who wish to cancel their participation and get a refund
      A- Before March 6th 2016, 10% will be deducted.
      B- Before April 6th, 2016, 25% will be deducted.
      C- Before April 28th, 2016, 35 % will be deducted.
      D- Before May 5th , 2016, 50% will be deducted
      E- On May 5th, 2016 onwards 100% will be deducted.
• American Passport Holders do not need an entry Visa. Egyptian Passport and Green Card Holders should get the visa for Israel before departure.
• There is a chance to visit Egypt or Europe at extra expenses.
• All passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
