- Nativity Feast Fasting will start on this Wed Nov 25 till the Nativity Feast on Jan 7, 2016.
- Thanksgiving Day Thursday Nov 26, we will have the Divine Liturgy at 9:00-11:00 AM in 60th Place Church, followed by the family meeting and dinner. To share in thanksgiving dinner, please talk to Mr. Malak Ebraheem.
- As we all know, the severe flood that affected Egypt recently, has damaged the four historical Monasteries in Wadi El Natrun (ElSourian, Anba Bishoy, ElBaramous & Abo Makar). HG Bishop David sent a message to all the Churches in the Diocese to help in the reconstruction of the Monasteries. Please write your check to “Coptic Orthodox Diocese of NY & NE” for the Monasteries of Egypt, and HG will give the money to them.
- Every Saturday from 5-7 pm there is Coptic language and hymns classes at 60th place Church for all children and parents,
Children who want to learn Piano lessons, class # 7 will start on Sunday November 29th. - If you want to learn Guitar, or if you have any music instrument and want to give to the Church band please contact Mr. Saad Samaan.
