• Today is the last day of the festival after the Divine Liturgies in both Churches.
• Dr Ihab Ibrahim, Vice President of St Joseph Hospital, Catholic Health Services Organization is coming with a team to give free flu shots (no need for medical card or insurance) and they will check blood pressure to any one needs it, today at 12:00 Noon-2:00 PM in 60th Place Church.
• HS & JHS retreat on Columbus Day weekend Oct 12-14, will be in Tuscarora Inn in PA. Applications are on the Church website and with Sunday school servants.
The coming Sat Oct 12 a chorus of Alhan for the children of third grade and older will start Nativity hymns at 3:30-4:30 PM in 60th Place Church every week. Participation is optional.
11Th & 12TH grades students who want to take SAT, ACT or SAT Prep can register ASAP.
• Tutoring is available for grades 1-10. Registration is with Mary Ghaly or Edward Armanios. The coming Sun is the deadline for registration.
• If there is any teacher, who is qualified for tutoring or SAT, please contact Shaher Khalil. The Church is willing to pay for the qualified teachers to help our children.
• Piano & Violin lessons will be from Sep 22 to Dec 15, every Sun in Sunday school building in 60th Place Church. Fees are $ 150 per student. Registration forms are with Gehan Kalene, Mervat Yousef & Edward Armanios.
• ECCYC graduate retreat November 1-3 in the Poconos. The topic is “Joy”, and the speakers are Fr Bishoy Lamie& Phoebe Farag. Applications are online eccyc.org
