Everyone is welcome to this FREE community event!
At this event, we will be offering free adult health screenings for hepatitis, blood pressure, diabetes, prostate cancer, dental health and educational workshops for information on breast cancer and more.
Please bring your family of all ages (kids too!), invite your friends and tell the neighbors to attend the Ridgewood community health fair on Saturday December 5, 2015 to get free screenings, health tips, education and more.
